Our family-friendly project will include rental suites and condo units, and commercial space on the ground floor of one of the buildings.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY

Aspen View, providing 208 rental suites, will be operated by two full-time employees: a Community Leader and one Assistant Community Leader. They will be onsite during specified office hours to answer any of your questions and to ensure that the community runs smoothly and that all common areas look their best.

As a new resident and community member, you will be able to select from 73 one-bedroom/one-bathroom suites and 159 two-bedroom/two-bathroom suites. Thoughtfully designed with style and functionality, these spacious suites offer quality finishes and plenty of space for family and friends.

  • $142,000 cash-in-lieu contribution to the Town’s Affordable Housing Reserve Fund.
  • 22 adaptable suites.
  • Over $680,000 in-kind amenity contribution in the form of 6 condos, which we will sell to Comox at below cost.
  • Approximately $125,000 in curb, sidewalks, and pedestrian crossings along Aspen and Murrelet.
